All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional pricing is valid only during the advertised campaign period.

4. Product Information

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

The Factory Edit creates garments using deadstock, upcycled, and responsibly sourced materials. As each piece is individually crafted, slight variations in fabric, colour, texture, stitching, and placement are part of the design process and should be appreciated as characteristics of a handmade garment rather than defects.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, graphics, videos, logos, product designs, artwork, and written material, is the intellectual property of The Factory Edit and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or use our content for unlawful purposes.

Shipping Policy

At The Factory Edit, we believe in creating clothing with intention rather than producing in excess. Unlike traditional fashion brands, we do not manufacture garments in bulk. Most pieces are made to order or produced in very limited quantities using carefully sourced deadstock and reclaimed materials.

1. Production Time

Most orders require 7 to 21 business days for production before shipment. Production times may vary depending on:

• Garment complexity
• Material availability
• Current order volume
• Custom sizing or made to measure requests

If additional time is required, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping

Once your order has been completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information where available. Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. Delivery times depend on your shipping destination and courier service.

3. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country's customs authorities.

4. One of a Kind Pieces

Because we work with reclaimed fabrics, deadstock textiles, and upcycled materials, every garment is unique. Natural variations in texture, shade, print placement, and finishing are expected and are part of the individuality of each piece.

5. Delivery Delays

While we work hard to deliver every order promptly, The Factory Edit cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs inspections, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

1. Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging

Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged cannot be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Made to order garments
• Made to measure garments
• Customized or personalized products

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock and material availability. If an exchange cannot be completed, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the product and its packaging.

Limitation of Liability

The Factory Edit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Changes to These Policies

We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on this page.
